      I'm amazed with openJSCAD!
      I hope I'm not annoying anybody with my questions:

      1- A way to copy/clone a body?
      2- Is there a simple way to intersect a body with a plane and get the 2D path footprint?
      3- Which method on a body get the surface polygons?

      Thank you very much.

      +Anthony Liekens , thank you for the response. Please give me an example, let's say:

      var cube = CSG.cube({
        center: [0, 0, 0],
        radius: [1, 1, 1]
      });

      var cube2 = ?

      How to define cube as its own function?

      Found some of it, didn't try them yet:
      2) solid.sectionCut()
      3) solid.polygons , gives an array of polygons

      +Anthony Liekens , ok, thank you for the explanation.
      Unfortunately I was looking for some way to clone an existing solid. But I understand there is no simple way for this, so I'll keep in mind your solution.
