+Сергей Шатунов , I think I can help.
Let's talk a little more about this.
I'm familiar with mill: it has a vartical cilyndrical tool, only matters the diameter, so the toolpath will spare the radius from the edge.As you can apreciate, english's not my first language. It's my last language

There are many strategies for toolpaths. Mainly two: you can follow contours on planes XY, or you can follow profiles, the contours on planes XZ or YZ.Mar 22, 2015

Is there a way to "emboss" bodies? If we can inflate bodies 2mm in XY planes, we can get directly the toolpath for 4mm mill.Mar 22, 2015
Alejandro Silvestri+Сергей Шатунов , I wrote you to that address, it seems it isn't working.
I'm thinking on sliding the solid to get a thick slide, as thick as the tool's diameter. I get the slide buy cutting the solid with the two sides planes:
var slide = solid.cutByPlane(plane1)
.cutByPlane(plane2.flipped());var shape = slide
.projectToOrthoNormalBasis();var path = shape.getOulinePath();

There's import of Gcode in openscad.js which may be helpful.
